Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the one-time MyTradeDesk Pro upgrade (₹999, inclusive of GST) processed via Razorpay.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with MyTradeDesk Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment. Email support@mytradedesk.in from the address registered to your account.

3. After 7 days

Because the Pro upgrade is a one-time lifetime licence, refunds are not available after the 7-day window, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days. Your account is automatically reverted to the Free plan when the refund is processed.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can address your concern. Accounts with successful chargebacks may be suspended.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but your account did not upgrade, write to support@mytradedesk.in with your Razorpay payment ID. We will reconcile within 2 business days.
