Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyTradeDesk (the "Service"), operated by ProdigiAI ("we", "us", "our"), having its place of business at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MyTradeDesk is a personal trading journal and analytics tool for retail traders. It does not provide investment advice, broker services, order execution, portfolio management, or any other regulated financial activity. All trading decisions are your own.

2. Eligibility

You must be capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for enabling available security features, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mytradedesk.in if you suspect unauthorised access. See our security practices.

4. Plans, pricing and payments

The Service is offered in a Free tier and a Pro tier. Pro is a one-time payment of ₹999, all inclusive, granting lifetime access for one account. There is no subscription, renewal or auto-debit, and no charge beyond the amount displayed at checkout. All amounts are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

A dated payment receipt bearing a sequential document number is issued for every successful payment and can be downloaded any time from Settings → Billing.

5. Refunds

Refund requests on Pro are assessed case by case within 7 calendar days of payment. Requests are not granted automatically. Full details, including what we typically approve and decline, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not (a) reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service; (b) use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable securities laws; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or another user's account; or (d) use automated means to create accounts or extract data.

7. Prohibited content

The Service allows you to publish a public profile, share individual trades, share strategy statistics and appear on a leaderboard. You must not publish, share or transmit any content that:

  • constitutes investment advice, tips, buy/sell calls or solicitation of funds, or holds you out as a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst when you are not;
  • is knowingly false or misleading, including fabricated performance figures intended to induce others to trade or to pay you;
  • impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with one;
  • is defamatory, obscene, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise unlawful;
  • infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right, or discloses another person's personal information without consent;
  • contains software viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
  • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any cognisable offence.

8. Reporting content and our action on reports

Every public share page and public profile carries a Report control. You may also report content to our Grievance Officer at varun@prodigiai.org. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. We may unpublish a share link, remove a public profile, or suspend an account that breaches clause 7, and we will act on any valid order from a court or authorised government agency.

Publicly shared pages display one user's self-reported journal entries. We do not verify them and do not endorse them.

9. Your content

You retain all rights to the trade data, journal entries, screenshots and notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display this content solely to operate the Service for you, and — only for content you explicitly choose to publish — to display it on the corresponding public page.

10. No investment advice

Content presented in the Service, including AI-generated insights, backtests and simulations, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, tax, or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. ProdigiAI is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or a Research Analyst. Backtested and simulated results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading; past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading in securities and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 7 days of the request, except payment records retained under tax law.

12. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProdigiAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trades, or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
